What you'll do

You will take on the role of a strategic designer

In this course, you’ll work for BHPhotovideo. It’s an eCommerce website selling electronic devices.  

As a strategic designer, you’ll be expected to handle the following responsibilities: 

  • The coordination of user research to collect insights on your targeted audience
  • The identification of points of friction in their customer journey map
  • The definition of solutions to solve them
  • The design of those solutions

Laurent worked as a consultant in digital transformation and marketing in a consulting company for five years. And six years in digital ad agencies. He led the revamp of a client’s self-care among the numerous missions he accomplished. From the definition of the roadmap to the development. He took part in the design process and led the backlog of the project. Among others missions he did, there are for example:

  • The coaching of the launch of a new offer for a bank.
  • The making of the data-lab of a big PGC company
  • The externalization of clients’ data to external partner agency
  • The building of multi-channel dashboards
  • The realization of studies on data attribution, adtech selection, and media campaign performances.

He had the opportunity to work for an extensive portfolio of clients in banking, loan, insurance, PGC & retail. This unique experience allows for a global overview of methods, tools & processes used.

He also carried out interventions in business school for seven years, covering the same topics presented above. He’s got an impressive track record of positive feedback from his students and the professors he worked for.

We focus on making our courses real tools for transferring our skills. At the end of each course, we aim at making you capable of doing things on your own or at least getting the ability to improve fast. For this, we provide lots of practical exercises in conditions as close as possible to the real ones. We also include illustrations for the theoretical parts. At last, most of the lessons are videos taken by the tutor.
