It’s structured in 3 parts: 

  1. Understand what is at stake with digital regarding the HR domain
  2.  Locate an HR manager’s role in a company’s digital transformation. For instance, we strongly modify the internal organization to make it more agile.
  3.  Learn how to identify the impacts of digital on HR processes
A quiz will end the course with a passing grade of 80%.

Laurent Gourion

Laurent worked as a consultant in digital transformation and marketing in a consulting company for five years. This company went from 4 to 50 employees in 4 years using a unique HR vision. No hierarchy. Just a collective of people working and helping each other. And digital was playing a massive part in the process. He worked as an account director in several digital ad agencies for six years. He realized many missions mixing data, project management, design thinking, and media optimizations such as: 

  • The revamp of a client self-care for an insurance company.
  • The making of the data-lab of a big PGC company
  • The externalization of clients data to external partner agency
  • The building of multi-channel dashboards
  • The realization of studies on data attribution, adtech selection, and media campaign performances.

He had the opportunity to work for an extensive portfolio of clients in banking, loan, insurance, PGC & retail. This unique experience allows for a global overview of methods, tools & processes used.
