1.0 What is web analytics ?

Welcome to this new course. I hope that you will learn as much as I enjoyed making it. I poured in it a great deal of my knowledge in tracking, web analytics and dashboarding.

I focused mainly on including practical exercises that will put you to the test before giving you a theoretical layer and the solution to each exercise. Do not hesitate to share your feedback with me, and see you soon.

Key learnings:

• Web-analytics is a combinaison of measurement (collection of data), analysis (draw learnings out of the data collected) and presentation of the learnings (usually under the form of a dashboard)
• The goal is bring answers to questions. And to allow to take data-driven decisions.
