It’s structured in 3 main parts:
1. Understanding the definition, origin and core principles of the Scrum Framework.
2. The practice of the framework during serious games
3. Reflection on real-life difficulties you could encounter during an agile project.
A quiz will end the course to confirm the acquisition of the skill.
About your tutor
Laurent worked as a consultant in digital transformation and marketing in a consulting company for five years. He worked as an account director in several digital ad agencies for six years. He realized many missions mixing project framing, project management and agile-performance coaching such as:
- The revamp of a self-care for an actor of life-insurance
- The coaching of the launch of a new credit card offer for a bank
- The project framing of the implementation of a new marketing automation tool.
He had the opportunity to work for an extensive portfolio of clients in banking, loan, insurance, PGC & retail. This unique experience allows for a global overview of methods, tools & processes used.
He also carried out interventions in business school for seven years, covering the same topics presented above. He’s got an impressive track record of positive feedback from his students and the professors he worked for.
